Role Overview
Although titled Full Stack Engineer, this position primarily operates as a Tier 3 Technical Escalation & Integration Engineer.
The engineer acts as a final technical escalation point for complex enterprise issues, working across:
- Backend databases
- Web APIs and services
- Linux servers
- Java applications
- SAP/integration frameworks
- Enterprise infrastructure
The primary objective is to diagnose complex technical problems, restore system stability and provide sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities
Tier 3 Escalation Ownership
- Own highly complex and sensitive issues escalated from Tier 2.
- Serve as the final technical authority for difficult production incidents.
- Investigate mission-critical enterprise application problems.
Deep-Dive Technical Debugging
- Troubleshoot data-driven web applications.
- Diagnose REST, SOAP, XML and JSON integration issues.
- Investigate network and application performance bottlenecks.
- Perform detailed root-cause analysis.
Database & System Management
- Maintain shared application instances and virtual environments.
- Troubleshoot relational databases across multiple platforms.
- Investigate data integrity, query performance and database-related application failures.
Implementation Support
- Work with client implementation teams before and after go-live.
- Help establish technical support processes.
- Support successful transition from implementation to production operations.
Knowledge & Mentorship
