POTENTIAL GAPS TO CHECK

  • Flutter experience: There is a small inconsistency in the posting—one section says 4+ years, while the detailed requirements say 5+ years. Treat 5+ years as the safer target.
  • Full-time office: 5 days/week from the Kochi office is explicitly required.
  • App publishing: Make sure you have actual Play Store and App Store release experience.
  • State management: Being familiar with only basic setState may not be sufficient for this senior role.
  • Architecture: Prepare a real example of Clean Architecture/MVVM implementation.
  • Testing: Be ready to demonstrate unit, widget, and integration testing.
  • Firebase: Production experience across multiple Firebase services will strengthen the profile.
  • Native development: Kotlin/Java or Swift is a bonus rather than a core requirement.
  • Capital markets: This is a strong advantage if the role is associated with trading/investment applications, but it is not listed as mandatory.
  • CI/CD: Mobile release automation experience can significantly strengthen the profile.
